How do I place an order?
To begin the ordering process, email us directly or request a consultation by filling out the form located here. Upon receiving the consultation request, we will communicate the next steps in the process. Please note that a three month minimum lead time is recommended to ensure availability and adequate time to elaborate all details.
How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date for any order. The remaining balance is required a week before the event date.

Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, each tasting offers 6 different flavors — our cake flavor menu can be found here. If not interested in a tasting, a consultation may done by itself, but neither are mandatory.

Can you make an order after a specific design that I like?
All designs are original and individually crafted. We do not copy work from other artists, but we are willing to work with you from inspiration to create a design that is special for your event. All edible art is made to create a unique aesthetic for every event.

Do you offer any dietary accommodations?
The only dietary accommodation we offer are for a vegan diet.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my order?
We require a 2-week notice period, any notice less than that prior to booking is non-refundable. If you need to postpone we are happy to accommodate your new date and needs accordingly to date availability.
Do you offer pick up or delivery?
Delivery is recommended for any order greater than 2 tiers and delivery fees are based on distance. We also offer pick up for 1 tier cakes and confections.
Do you offer stands for hire?
Yes, we offer stands for hire for a small fee. Please note that in any event of damage, extra fees may apply.
